I purchased 2 16" hand hammered woks from the Wok Shop shortly after Christmas. One has a single wooden handle, the other 2 handles-one on either side of the wok. I have nothing but good things to say about these woks. Due to loss of strength in my hands/arms due to illness, the single handled wok has proven difficult for me to physically handle. I am giving it to a friend and have just ordered a second 16" like my first. I have also recommended this these woks to some of my family and friends, several of whom have ordered/plan to order these woks. After I seasoned the woks according to directions from the Wok Shop, I almost hated to cook in them; they are beautiful pieces of art in addition to being a valuable asset to my kitchen.

Use it all the time. Season it properly and food tastes great! Good size. Would not get a smaller one. Room enough to toss food around.

I wasnt impressed. The item came as expected, but as one of the other reviews stated, there was no instructions that came with the product. I followed one of the reviews for seasoning the wok, but it didnt season it very well. Now I have a huge black ring around the bottom of the wok.
